Oh my goodness, look at this adorable chunky monkey who came back for his sitting session. I had the honor of doing his newborn portraits. Does this not show you how much they change in 6 to 7 months? It is incredible. This is why it is so important to capture them from the very beginning, you just can’t go back. He is so stinking cute. His chubby cheeks and that beautiful smile just melts my heart.
I’m particularly fond of this image. I edit it different than I do the other images. I wanted it to look like oldtimey baby portraits. And of course you can’t go wrong with that face.
Just adorable baby boy!
Mom wanted to make sure that we photographed him on a blue backdrod, because his eyes are just stunning. Are they not just the most beautiful color blue?
This was an interesting prop I found at home goods. It can be hard to find true white props and blankets. This one is actually a little wobbly with that base. Mom was right there to catch it. But we managed to get his little chunky self in there and got this adorable picture.
I got to use my new white studio again. This is with my new white ottoman. I love this adorable little hat. I love all the rolls. Isn’t it funny when they’re little rolls are awesome and when we get older we hate our own rolls! 😉
He really is such a good baby. And I love this outfit on him. I’m so honored to get to photograph these babies. I can’t tell you how much I look forward to my sessions and how much time is spent planning the sessions.
I always try to get a shot at this angle of just round chubby cheeks and beautiful dark lashes. These are those images that years later you just really get to remember all the little details about them. This little one is certainly going to be a part of my portfolio and if you would like to find out more information, please contact me. .entry-content
