I always like to start off with my favorite image. Sometimes it’s difficult to choose. It wasn’t difficult to choose this time. I absolutely love this image! One day in a woman’s clothing store I ran across this stretchy lace and knew immediately what I wanted to do with it. I think this is one of my favorite images because it’s almost like a little sneak peek into the womb. She is so curled up. This is why I photograph my newborns between 5 and 12 days. After that they start to lose that curl that they had when they were in the womb and they just don’t want to be squished anymore.
She is such a beautiful baby! I love her dark hair and her tiny little lashes.
I got to pull out my little bed for this one. I also used the little “bedspread” that I made. Me and hot glue go way back. 😉
I always like to do this pose. It’s called the taco pose. I just fold them in half like a little taco. 🙂
One of my favorite new bonnets by Make With Love. It’s a pretty sure bet if it’s cream and has lace I want it!
Mom requested this image from the previous portrait I had done. I do love the pink and white ruffled material with the leading lines in this image. Of course, it helps to have such a beautiful baby right there as well.
I’ll have another little taco to go please.
last one of this beautiful baby. Her name was a secret until she was born. And I absolutely love it! Lyric Rain, it’s as pretty as she is!
I had so much fun creating these images and I am always excited for the next opportunity to create another custom experience. This little one is certainly going to be a part of my portfolio and if you would like to find out more information, please contact me.
